Healthy Baby's One Baby Boomer Rebelling Against, Frumpy, Dumpy and Lumpy

Yap I bowl. Here I am with my team mate and son, Paul (he turns 30 on Sunday, isn't he handsome!!). And yes we wear team shirts, only 2 teams in the league wear matching shirts, and lucky me, ours in one of them.

A little bowling trivia:

The odds of bowling a 300 game ( all strikes) are 11,500 to 1.

The odds of getting a hole in one are 5,000 to 1.

So sounds to me like bowling is more challenging then golf.

You once had a PenPal and
1, actually hand wrote a letter
2, put it in an envelope
3, addressed the envelope
4, placed a 4 cent stamp on the envelope
5. dropped it in a mail box
6. waited 3 weeks to receive a letter back.

So I made these muffins today and they turned out good but I over cooked them a bit so they didn't pass the camera quality test. Instead of a photo of the finished product I put in one of the healthy ingredient used. These are dairy free and gluten free with just a bit of honey.

And, my grand baby helped too.

Okay, now let's talk health and fitness.

I just made the best potato salad, well no actual potatoes used. Instead, I used steamed cauliflower, boiled eggs, celery, onions, pickles, mustard and the best, fresh, home made mayonnaise. Tasted like comfort food to me.
