If you want optimum health then we can't neglect drinking water. I own a book titled 'You're not sick you're thirsty' you can find it on Amazon for as low as 1.25 used. The title says it all.

So . . . .please join me in today's challenge.

Monday's challenge toward better health is:

1) drink 48 oz of water each day PLUS
2) eat two foods that contain at least 90% water.

Do this for one week, your body will thank you!
